Custom and personalized orders

Everything you purchase from Molly and Mom is custom designed and embroidered by me. If you request them, I will send proofs to you through an Etsy conversation so please check your messages from time to time. Etsy does not collect phone numbers so if I cannot reach you online after two messages, I will make your items following the instructions you had provided at checkout. Please note that if you purchase as you may not receive a message that your proofs are ready so it's important that you check here yourself within a couple of days of the estimated ship date provided in the listing. I make all designs in the order of sale. Cancellations are not accepted once I have started embroidering your items.

What's the best way to contact you?

I prefer to communicate only through Etsy conversations. Having a record of our conversations provides me all of the details of what you have in mind for your design and is readily available to review when it's time to embroider, however if you purchase as a guest and request a proof I will also notify you via email. I strongly suggest you include your phone number if purchasing as a guest in case I need additional information to make your design.

What is your production time?

Please refer to the listing for my current production time, but keep in mind that this is not a guarantee, rather my best estimate as I work alone, and everything here is custom made for you. Most times the estimates are very accurate though. In fairness to all, orders are processed in the order they are received so the estimated ship date includes the waiting period between the time I receive your order and when I reach your order on my schedule. I usually wait until a day or so before then to send requested proofs for your approval. if you should need of a rush order please contact me for availability and pricing.

This classic and ever popular French Bee with laurel wreath design and personalized with your monogram makes a statement of your good taste. Details:
Sold in sets of four (buy as many sets as you need) these pure white formal dinner napkins are 20 inch size and have either a 1” or 1.5’ hemstitched border (depending on availability) around the entire perimeter. They are 60% linen and 40% cotton. They will be embroidered on a true commercial embroidery machine, assuring the quality of the stitches and sewn with premium rayon threads in the color of your choice.

Upon request I will be happy to provide a proof of your design for your approval before I embroider. I will contact you through an Etsy message so if you don’t see it come in please sign into your Etsy account and under your name in the upper right hand corner is a dropdown labeled “Messages” This will be especially important if you purchase as a guest because you may not receive notice of the message being sent. Please note that Custom/Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mistake on my part.

If you are in the market for custom embroidery, Molly and Mom is the business you should choose. I just received my personalized French linen dinner napkins, and I must say... THEY ARE SPECTACULAR!!!
