🖼️ Do you provide a preview before dispatch?

We’re happy to send a personalised preview on request — just add “preview required” in your notes at checkout. Previews aren’t sent as standard so we can keep our fast dispatch times, as most customers prefer to receive their gifts quickly. If any details are unclear or missing, we’ll automatically send a draft for confirmation to ensure accuracy. We do offer small edits for free, but if multiple changes or full reordering of characters are needed, an additional fee may apply due to the extra design time required.

📏 What sizes do you offer?

Prints are available in: 5"x7" | 8"x10" | A5 (14.8x21cm) | A4 (21x29.7cm) | A3 (29.7x42cm) Acrylic Plaques & Blocks vary slightly by design and are detailed on each listing. Digital “Print Yourself” files are high-resolution JPEGs, suitable for printing in any standard size.

💡 Can I order a digital file?

Yes! Select the digital file option on the listing to receive a high-resolution JPEG via Etsy Messages. Use code DIGFREEDEL at checkout to remove shipping costs for this option only. Please note — if this code is used for a physical item, we’ll automatically send the digital file instead and cannot refund postage. Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold or distributed commercially.

🧴 How should I care for my items?

Prints come in protective cellophane sleeves. Please take care when opening to avoid contact with the adhesive strip. Acrylic plaques and blocks can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays, or abrasive cleaners.

We post all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services: Tracked 48 (standard): 2–3 working days after dispatch Tracked 24 (upgrade): 1–2 working days Express Next Day: Royal Mail Guaranteed service Processing time is usually 1–3 working days (may be longer in busy seasons). Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

🌍 International Delivery

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Business Express Tracked Service. Estimated delivery times vary by location — please check your order confirmation for tracking updates. Once your personalised item has been created, we can’t cancel or refund the order.

💔 Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations once work has begun. If you need to cancel before dispatch, a 50% design fee applies to cover the time already spent creating your artwork. If your order arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. This allows us to quickly raise it with the delivery service and send a replacement without delay. Requests made after this timeframe may not qualify for a replacement, in line with Etsy’s recommended seller policy.

🔁 Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it once the new postage fee (and any return charges) are paid. Refunds cannot be issued for personalised items returned by the postal service.

🎁 Can you include a gift note or send directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! We’re happy to include a complimentary gift note — just add your message in the notes box at checkout. We can also ship directly to your recipient; simply enter their delivery address at checkout.
