Our stay-open tunnels are a great playtime and nap time gift for your piggies. We’d consider them essential since at least one fuzzie always claims it for a bed. Even with zoomie -chases through the tunnel, the ends stay open and pop back up if you have cannon-ballers.

**Description:
--Tunnels approximately 13”x 9” wide.
--Larger/Custom Size UP TO 20" LONG and/or 10" IN DIAMETER. (Please be aware tunnels longer that 13”- 14” may bend inward in the middle and not stay circular in the length.)

*When washed by instructions, tunnels also absorb little accidents when they happen without potty pad insert.
**If you need a tunnel that DOES NOT stand open on the ends, but is FLAT with both ends open, message us at check out and we can make that happen!

Your new tunnel will come UNWASHED. Like liners and pads, when washed/dried in 2-3 cycles, they do the best job wicking urine into the layers.
WASHING:
*Machine wash warm or cold with hypoallergenic detergent with or without mesh laundry bag.
*Vinegar may be used to remove odor.
*Absorbs accidents best when NO softer is used.
*Hang to dry or warm dryer in mesh laundry bag.

*** Refund / Cancellation Policy——
1. No refunds or cancellations after 4 hours of ordering.
2. If pet has passed since order was made, a 50% refund may be returned to buyer as production of item would already be underway.
3. We do not guarantee your guinea pig or small pet will enjoy the item purchased. That’s up to them and their individual personality. Dislike by pet is not cause for refund.
4. No cages, shelves, or accessories in photos are sold, only the awesome liners we sell are offered.
