My first bus came in damaged through no fault of the seller (fedex had smashed the packaged). The seller was quick to respond and very sorry to hear what had happened. He quickly made and sent a new bus that arrived in no time. The bus is beautifully made and I’m so excited to use this in my son’s nursery.

We bought this item for our son as a keepsake. It is beautifully hand-crafted and we are very very pleased. A one-of-a-kind item! The shop owner was kind enough to put our son’s name on the side of the van. Shipping was quick and easy. We adore this piece and will cherish it for a lifetime.
