● Each egg is a real unfertilized quail egg that has been emptied, cleaned, and sanitized through a small hole in the bottom of the egg!

● Your selected note style comes inside the egg ready to be cracked open!

● Choose from one of our 12 premade note options or choose our "Custom note" option!

● For custom notes select the option labeled "Custom note" from the drop-down menu and then type your note wording into the "Personalization" box. Your wording will be written on your note EXACTLY as you type it so be sure to spell-check your work! We will take your submitted wording and design it to make it beautiful!

● Personalization box is ONLY for the "Custom Note" option. Note options 1-12 are not customizable/personalizable. Do not write anything in the personalization box unless you selected the "Custom Note" option or your order will be canceled.

● USPS shipping times are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed by the Post office. We do not offer any delivery date guarantees due to the fact that all delivery date is ultimately up to the post office. Please be sure to order early enough to account for any possible delays.

● Delivery estimates given by Etsy at checkout are ESTIMATES and may not be 100% accurate.

● We offer the choice of USPS Standard shipping and USPS Priority shipping.

● Production times vary based on how many orders we have so please check our store page to see what our current production time is 😊

● All eggs in any given order will ship from our shop to only ONE address. We'd be happy to ship single eggs directly to your family and friends if you place a separate order for each separate address.

● If you are sending directly to recipients please check the "This item is a gift" box at checkout and include a gift note with your name so the recipient knows who the item is from 😊

● Curious about the total shipping cost of your order? If you add your desired quantity to your shopping cart, it will be calculated for you, with different shipping options available.

● The shipping label will have OUR business initials (BIRDALAY) and address as the sender. Please keep this in mind if you decide to send it directly to the recipient. They may not know it's from you or they may google our name before opening the gift!
