These wheel thrown salad plates are the perfect addition to your kitchen! Approx 7.5 inch diameter.

Fired to cone 5/6, Stoneware is microwave and dishwasher safe. To avoid thermal shock, avoid rapid temperature changes (as with heating frozen foods).

These handcrafted plates are glazed with your choice of lead free glaze over dark brown clay resulting in a unique dark blue and brown mix. Each piece is individually wheel thrown and hand painted. Natural variations will occur.

Dragonfly Pottery is food safe. I use commercial clay and glazes that are lead free and have been strictly tested.

Pottery is durable, but avoid sudden temperature changes. - hot to cold or cold to hot. Thermal shock will cause pottery to crack/break.

Do not put pottery in a preheated oven. Pottery must be heated WITH the oven to avoid thermal shock. Do not heat frozen items on pottery. Do not place hot pottery on a cold surface or submerge in water.

Do not use pottery on stove top.

Pottery is microwave safe. Do not use for prolonged microwave cooking. Do not microwave frozen meals on your pottery.

Pottery is dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended. Allow pottery to cool in dishwasher. Do not put cold food or drink in hot dish

These plates are so beautiful they took my breath away when I opened the box! I ordered 4 different colors the purple and blue are so very luscious! They are going to work perfect in my desert home! I am taking the red and green to Minneapolis. My biggest problem is now I have to order 4 more so I can have 4 in each place. I have always loved pottery and started collecting vintage dishes which I still love, but the whole clay process intrigues me. LOVE THEM

I absolutely love my new dishes! They are strong and sturdy and really well made. The proportions are awesome — the mug is the biggest one I have and that’s really important for someone who drinks as much coffee as I do! These dishes are beyond my expectations! I fully believe they are really well priced for the quality, the fact they are totally hand made and how nice they look. Cannot wait to place my next order and build my place settings!!
