Refunds and exchanges

Since each of my items is custom made for my customers, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. Refunds/ exchanges will only be made if the name is spelt wrong and the mistake is my fault. I care deeply about customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with the item, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it, so I can resolve the issue.

Every monitor and mobile device is calibrated differently. Colors may vary from photo shown.

We ship within our processing time as stated in the shop announcements. Just a reminder, our processing time is in business days, those days include Monday - Saturday and excludes Sundays and postal holidays. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying a new postage to re-ship.

We create handcrafted pieces in a smoke free and pet free environments.

Items are NOT toys. Items may contain small pieces that can be a choking hazard. Not intended for children under 13 without adult supervision.
