As each of our items is handmade, we do not accept wholesale orders at this time.

Depending on our current order volume, we will occasionally be able to offer a one-time small quantity discount for a women's circle, retreat, or event.

We happily accept customization requests in terms of color and charm. We do not do custom sculpts or size alterations.

We receive a high number of conversations (convos) and I reply to them in "batches" according to my available time. Please allow at least 24-36 hours for a reply to your convo. Even if the question is a simple one, I don't always answer at night or on weekends, as a person (this person anyway!) needs a little bit of down time and boundaries. :) If you are still within the 36 hour window of sending your message or asking your question, please refrain from sending a repeat message, even if I have answered another question from you the same day (some questions take longer to answer than others).

Our usual shipping days are T, Th, and F. We have a high order volume (thanks to all of you awesome people!) and since our items are all handmade we often finish items as the orders are received. We strive to ship within 3 days of order date, but during busy seasons, it may be 5-7 days before your order ships, so please keep this in mind when placing orders. Orders are fulfilled both in order of date received AND in complexity (i.e. a small, simple order will ship much more quickly than an order of ten pieces). We are unable to promise delivery by a specific day, since after the item leaves our hands, it is up to the postal service when it actually arrives! If you need fast(er) shipping, make sure to choose Priority Mail at checkout.

Etsy automatically combines shipping when multiple items from the shop are placed in the cart at the same time. In the event that a shipping charge is too high (based on automatically combined shipping weights) a refund will be given for the excess, less $1-2 for packing/handling & processing of the refund. Please do your best to add multiple items to your cart for one order, rather than placing multiple individual orders in a row. Multiple orders from the same customer placed on different days or at different times will be shipped separately in order to prevent orders from being backlogged behind combined orders. Exceptions possible if multiple orders are placed very close together or need a single item added to an existing larger order.
