Look for an email from Templett, sent within 5-10 minutes after your purchase to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Using a desktop computer, follow the link to access your template, directly in your browser.You may also go to templett.com and click on "Access your templates."

Templett.com is currently not able to be used on a phone or tablet.

Absolutely! Each listing contains a link to try before purchase. All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version, except you will not be able to save or download the template in demo.

All designs can be downloaded in the following file types:

PDF: For home printing or professional printing
JPG: For photo lab or print shop
PNG: For text or e-mail

We recommended having templates rich in color printed professionally with a local printer or online printer like Zazzle or Vistaprint.

Templates with majority black and white text can be printed in places like Staples, Fedex Kinkos, etc.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for proof reading all text for spelling and grammar. We will not be held responsible for such errors, or costs associated for printing errors.

Actual print colors may vary slightly from those you see on your screen as all printers print differently. Please reach out to us if you are experiencing major color variances from the original design. Card stock choice can also affect the printed color. Please feel free to message us for a sample design file to print before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the quality of printer you choose to print your files, therefore we are not responsible for any costs associated with printing. We recommend having color rich designs printed professionally. We also recommend using a printing vendor that can print RGB colors.

- The purchase of a template is for ONE-TIME USE ONLY (unless otherwise stated in the item description). You can edit, save & download your template unlimited times for editing & proofing purposes only. Creating multiple versions for various projects or events is not permitted and may result in your access being revoked.

- The template will be available for 1 year from the day of purchase.

- The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from The Tiny Owl is solely for your own personal use & not for republication, distribution, sale or other use.

The Tiny Owl reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms

Unfortunately, mobile editing is NOT supported at this time. The templett program will not open on your phone and will direct you to a desktop or laptop computer in order to access your template. As this is noted numerous times in the shop and product listings, we are unable to offer refunds should you not have access to a desktop or laptop.
