DISPATCH TIME:
Items are made to order and we endeavour to ship within 20 working days of purchase (4 weeks), this DOES NOT include the shipping time.
Sometimes due to the popularity of the shop leadtimes can slip a little but please contact me if you have any concerns.

RETURN POLICY:

QUALITY:
All products are handmade and therefore may not be perfect, some minor flaws could be present but we pride ourselves in the quality of our items, customer satisfaction is high on the agenda, please see our feedback.

These cosplay pieces can last a long time if cared for, but they are only rubber so please look after them.

As with any clothing piece the colour can fade, ensure to keep the pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight.

SIZING:
Each listing will advise on the general sizing, it is not a guarantee of fit though, these costume pieces are a generic shape and all bodies vary.

As the pieces are rubber they can be trimmed for a better fit.

Please understand that we can not be held responsible if the fit is not perfect.
