How can I download my purchased files?

After ETSY processes your payment, all the print files would be delivered electronically. You would receive an email with a link to download these files. You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews. Direct Link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases * Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy App.

What's your return policy?

I take pride in my work and I want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied let me know within 2 days of your purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue or offer you a full refund.

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

If You'd like to purchase a custom and personalized order just let me know and I'll create one just for You. Please note that custom orders take longer to create. At least 20 days depending on the media and techniques required. Cancellations on already started custom commission work is not available. Returns and exchanges of custom commissions are not available.

Small prints are packaged in acid-free, protective cello sleeves, cardboard backing, and sturdy mailers. Prints bigger than 11x14" or A3 are packaged in acid-free, protective cello sleeves and shipping tubes. In order to reduce waste, orders with multiple prints will be packaged in the same cello sleeve, with protective paper between each print. If you need individual cello sleeves, please leave me a note at checkout. Likewise, if your item is a gift let me know at checkout and I’ll be happy to include a complimentary hand-written note and wrapping.

If You'd like to purchase a size you don't see listed, just let me know and I'll create a listing.

In the very sad event of shipping damage, please contact me directly via Etsy to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged item. You will be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes before a refund is issued, so please don't throw away the piece or the packaging!

Payments And Reservations

Payment terms: You must pay in full before your item will be printed and dispatched (This includes private commissions). Made to order items will not go ahead unless full payment has been accepted. If you change your mind about a purchase, I have a 12-hour cancellation policy, at which you will receive a full refund. If you attempt to cancel after the 12 hour cancellation period, your order will be processed as usual and the item will be dispatched to you. Reservations Accepted: Reservations on items are accepted. I tend to allow a 3-day reservation policy. If the item has not been purchased within this time period the item will become public again.

International orders can take anywhere from 18-30 days from the date of dispatch, however, please be aware that it can take longer. Items can be held up at Customs for days and weeks. I, the seller, am not responsible for the duration the item is held at customs nor am I responsible for any potential Custom charges that may occur. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you require an item urgently, please do not hesitate to contact me in advance so I can arrange a faster delivery alternative. Please note, that delivery costs will increase if the courier is needed or an alternative form of packaging is required.
