About the Books:
The books in this listing are authentic hardcover books. These books can be used for decorating, displays, wedding centerpieces, unique gift, collecting, and of course reading! The books you will receive are considered vintage based on copyright dates dating 1930’s to pre 1979. When make color choices books are selected based on the spines, the boards or the sides of the books may be different colors. Book titles will vary from fiction to nonfiction. The goal is to achieve a look that is aesthetic and will meet your decorating needs. I do take into consideration all request. So please add to the personalization section when you check out your favorite genres and I will do my best to match as many request as possible.

About the Book Sizes:
Vintage books sizes average between 5” to 9” inches height and 3” to 6” inches deep. I can accommodate a wide variety of sizes so please reach out to me with specific size requirements. When I select books for your order I try to vary the sizes, unless you have different needs.

About the Quality of Books:
Vintage books are well loved and will reflect that. This includes torn, loose bindings, page discoloration, faded covers all character qualities that add to the patina of old books. Some books will have dust jackets that have been removed to display the color of the book. When I purchase books that still have dust jackets I try to carefully fold them and leave them with the books. Additionally, any old pictures, bookmarks or notes left over time will also be included. Those details add so much character to books and add to its story. Conditions will vary, keep in mind that some books may be ex-library books and will have writing or stickers. I have very worn and not so worn books, if you have a preference please share!
