The props are hand-assembled using glass vials, butyl rubber/silicone plugs and aluminium caps. The serum for these vials is produced by combining preservative based crafting dyes with either de-ionised water and our 'triple helix' insert or medical grade sanitiser gel with minuscule glass beads to ensure quality and longevity of our products.

The assembled vials are approximately 85mm tall with a 27mm diameter and come complete with a custom designed label printed on an outdoor grade, matte finish vinyl for that authentic lab sample look.
