All of your Etsy purchase are stored indefinitely on your Etsy profile. This makes it super easy for you to access them anytime now or in the future. Here is how you can access your files:

1. Sign onto your Etsy profile
2. Click your profile icon picture at the top right-hand corner
3. Select "purchases and reviews"
4. Scroll down until you see your purchase from "The Mountain View Cottage Print Shop"
5. To the right you will see a download button. Simply click and begin your download.

If you have followed these steps and still have not had success downloading your files also remember that Etsy must confirm your payment method before your downloads are available this should only take a few minutes. Refresh your page and try the above

If you like the prints in various sets you would need to purchase multiple sets.

If you would like the print designs in a set in one color and want to change the color see the above question about customizing colors.

Can I edit the words or colors on the planner? Currently there is no option to simply click and edit the words to customize your lists and planner pages. Colors are also not editable.

YES, you can upload the PDF files to say "Goodnotes" for example and fill in the blank sections of the planner templates.

You can also use acrobat reader or other similar programs to use via a iPad or other digital device.

I offer blank options for most checklists in the downloads you receive for you to fill out with your own set of specific checklists. You may customize them for your individual needs.

Each file you receive is 300 PPI (pixels per inch) this means you can print your art prints up to 18x32 inches without losing quality. PLEASE be sure to use a high quality print company to avoid any poor print results. I always recommend Shutterfly or Mpix
