Our frames & mirrors are made to order. Standard Production Time is 5-7 business days. Your order will arrive approximately 2-8 business days after orders are processed, and produced, depending on your delivery location. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are on business days.

We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) at this time.

Depending on the product size & weight, we may ship to Alaska & Hawaii. Additional charges apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico). Please message us for a shipping quote.

We offer frame matting by request, as an add-on to your frame order. Our matboards are Premium 4 Ply Matboards, available in White, Black or Gray. Please message us for a price quote.

Yes, our frames have a standard allowance of 1/8" inch. To help your art fit securely inside the frame without being too tight, we typically allow for an extra 1/8th of an inch allowance. So, your frame will be just slightly larger than your art.

Most of our frames have a standard rabbet width, also known as the frame lip of 1/4", thus the front viewable opening will be slightly smaller. For example, an 8″ × 10″ picture frame is to fit an 8″ × 10″ photo with a viewable opening of 7-1/2" x 9-1/2" inches.

West Frames makes every effort to provide high-quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your order. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us in order to further assist you.

Hanging Hardware is included for each frame and mirror. For picture frames, a hanging hardware kit is included so that you may easily install it to your hanging preference. If you need our framers to preinstall the hanging hardware, please message us. Wall Mirrors: Screws & Anchors are included for your convenience.

Shipments may be returned to the sender by the courier due to an incorrect address or a delivery issue. Orders returned to the sender by the refusal of the recipient are considered unauthorized returns and may be subject to a restocking fee and original shipping cost.
