Custom and personalized orders

We love to make custom orders! Just send us a conversation with your ideas to get started! Time will vary on the custom requirements.

All orders are hand printed to order and shipped the next business day from the date the order is placed, excluding weekend and holidays. Custom and personalized items will take longer due to the extra work involved.

We use eco-friendly, water-based inks to give a soft, vintage look to our shirts. The ink soaks into the fabric, making it feel almost like it's not there. Keep in mind that the color of the shirt affects how the ink looks—on a colored shirt, the ink may appear a bit darker than on a white shirt. The design is meant to be subtle, not overly bright. You won’t have to worry about the image cracking or peeling. To keep your shirt looking great for years, please follow the care instructions. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

My package is missing?

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you find it or replace it. If it shows as delivered, please get in touch with your local shipping carrier for assistance. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend selecting Priority mail and/or a delivery location where someone will be present to receive the package. Please note that once an order has been delivered to the specified address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service. First-Class Mail typically takes 3-10 business days. For faster delivery, you can choose one of our two rush shipping options at checkout: Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days, or Express Mail, which takes 2-3 business days (for domestic orders only). We will ship to the "Shipping address" you provide during checkout. Please double-check that the address is correct, and let us know right away if you need to make any changes. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items sent to an old or incorrect address. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by USPS.

RETURN POLICY
Ordered the wrong size? We’ve got you covered! We provide a 14-day return policy for unworn items in their original condition. Simply return the product to the address below, and we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. Please be aware that returns on custom, personalized, or holiday items are not accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and a $4 restocking fee will apply.
