❤️️ HOW TO ORDER:

1) In the first drop-down menu, the number of people/pets you want.

2) In the second drop-down menu, choose Types of Material: (Digital File /or Poster (Fine Art Paper) /or Wrapped Canvas /or Framed Canvas)

3) Add your personalization from (dropdown menu) in the custom notes:
► Leave me your personalization (Name etc.)
► Let me know your preferred font from listing. In the drop-down menu, select the finishing.
► Complete the check-out
► Upload your photo by Etsy Conversation or Email to us.

4) Please send me your high quality photos via Etsy messages using 🖼️/📷 button OR you can send me via email at unicaallvisual [!at] gmail.com For better results please send photos at the originally full size, the higher the resolution, and clear features of the face.

5) When I receive the photos. if there is a problem with the visual quality, I will inform you. When all the details are okay I start working on your custom portrait. and once it is done, I'll send you a proof within 2 days and wait for your approval. At that stage, we can make revisions or changes you want. When all the works is done, I will send you the final proof. As soon as you approve your proof, your order will be sent to the production and shipping process or if you ordered as digital file I will be sent to your email as a digital file jpg. When the production is completed, I will also inform you about the shipping.

6) We provide both printed and digital file delivery options. If a Digital File is purchased, no physical item will be shipped to you, but a high-resolution file by messaging or email.☝

❤️️ DIGITAL ITEMS:
If you choose the "Digital Download" option during check-out – no physical item will be shipped out to you. You will receive a preview with in 24-48 hours and I will wait for your approval. At that stage, we are still able to make any revisions or changes. As soon as you approve your preview, your custom portrait will be sent to you via email or Etsy message as a digital jpg file, which you can print at home or at an outside service such as Walgreens, Office Max, CVS, Walmart, Staples, etc.
