Delivery Policy
--------------------
Dispatch is typically 1-3 working days from order, processing times are displayed on each individual listing page on Etsy. I will let you know, if for any reason something happens and I cannot do this, and you can cancel for a refund in full, if the new dispatch date is not suitable.

Etsy notifies you on dispatch. Expected transit times are displayed on each individual item listing.
Please note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods, or disruption to services through adverse weather or strikes.

International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order.
Because of seller protection rules we will only ship to the address on the order.
If a different address is requested after order, I will unfortunately have to cancel the order so you can re-order entering the correct address.

Refund Policy
--------------------
Terms and Conditions

All consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to Italian laws and EU regulations.

Right to Cancel:
----------------------

The customer may cancel for any reason from date of order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.
You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. I would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided but it is not essential.

For cancellations I will refund the order value: within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched, within 14 days of us receiving returned goods.
Refund will include any standard shipping cost you paid when you made your purchase. However, if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (ie. express delivery upgrade) these will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.

Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.
Please return goods in a resaleable condition (ie. original packaging, unused, and carefully packaged and sealed to prevent damage during transit).

Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost.
Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
--------------------------------------------------
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads or e-mailed files.

For international returns from outside the EU please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS" in a prominent place.
You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form.
We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

Cancellation Form
-------------------------
EU law requires that I provide, before order, a "form" for you to cancel your order.
Please print and use this form if you really want to, but it is not necessary for you to use it:

When the contract is formed
-----------------------------

Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is despatched.

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order.
