What type of paper should I use for printing

You can get the best quality prints by using 120-170 Gsm paper or lightweight cardstock (65lb) paper. Make sure your printer ink cartridges have enough ink before you print.

A4 vs U.S Letter (I live in the U.S and don't use A4, will this affect my print)

Most of the downloads available on LadyBlackblood are made using the A4 dimensions. However, this won't impact the quality of your prints if you were to print on U.S letter size. Although expect the size of the project to decrease by a few centimeters or inches. This doesn't affect the quality of the print. Use the option of "scale to fit" on your printer dialogue box to fit U.S letter size for print.

Resizing and Rescaling. (Can I resize the images to fit my project?)

If the image is provided in PNG form or is instructed in the description, it can be scaled into a bigger image or smaller image. Usually, almost all PNGs are created at 5000x5000 pixels. Do not exceed this dimension for a high-quality print. As for Jpegs made specifically in A4 or 12x12, do not resize the image any larger. This could affect the quality of the print, although you could resize the image to make it smaller to fit your project and will not lose quality. Keep in mind, however, that making an image too small might affect the image especially if it already has a small font or tiny details.

Custom changes or help with resizing

If you would like a minor change on an image for example a change in font, a change in the color or size, I do take requests to make these changes for a small fee over the price of the item. This is not true in all cases though. It depends and varies on many factors whether the image can be altered. Feel free to write me a message and I will do my best to assist you.

I haven't received my order yet

Please note that as of 7th February 2022. All items in the store are digital downloads, no tangible product will be shipped unless described as a physical product in the listing title or description or shop section.

I cannot download or print my order, can i get a refund?

Please be very sure that you are able to use the item or product as a digital download before placing your order. The seller is not responsible if you have placed the order and are unable to download it or print it for use. This includes: Not having access to the internet, a computer, or a printer. If you have already placed your order, regardless. You will not be issued a refund in this case.

What is a ZIP file? I cannot unzip my ZIP file.

A ZIP file is an archive file format. A ZIP file may contain one or more files that have been compressed. Most computers come with a default ZIP file unzipper. If not, you can download an unzipper to access downloads within a ZIP file. If all else fails, please contact me with your order number and I will provide you with a PDF or single image file for easy downloads.
