Custom and personalised orders

I love to create custom and personalised orders so please get in touch if you want a custom order. For personalised items please be sure to check the spelling before completing your order. Personalisation will be exactly as written so please use Capital letters and punctuation as you want them to appear. All products are made to order in my own home in the UK. I have full marketing and advertising rights to all customised or personalised order's that I sell. I may choose to advertise these products through different channels including social media.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently. I try to ensure my photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Every care is taken to ensure a good paint finish on our products. Our products are finished by spray and brush, and will therefore contain signs of this manual process, including brush marks and other blemishes.

Children's Toys/Learning Resources

All of our children's toys which are painted, are painted with toy friendly paints so are safe for children. Children should be supervised at all times when using any of our children’s toys. Our toys are not suitable for under 3's.

Please note items made from wood will differ per piece due to the nature of the wood. Each item may differ slightly from the photographs, knots in the wood are a natural occurrence and will not be accepted as a fault. As each piece of wood has its own properties, the depth and shade of engraving may vary from piece to piece. Some engraving may be darker than others - this is not deemed as a fault but is the uniqueness of the wood. Wood is a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product.

Care instructions continued

Some wooden items may alter due to temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your home can affect the wooden products you buy from us. Your items can experience small movements. This is not a fault, but a natural occurrence within the fibres of a natural product. Keeping items away from heat sources such as a radiator or oven will help the longevity of the product.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake (misspelled name or wrong item). All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with the item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss the next steps. I will attempt to contact you if I receive an item back as a return to sender (RTS). I will hold onto RTS items for 45 days after contacting you.

Custom and personalised orders

I can not guarantee that an item will be delivered by a certain date unless we discuss it beforehand. In some cases you may be able to upgrade to express shipping, so please get in touch before ordering if you need an express order. Asking in the "notes to seller" section for the item to be shipped quicker than the expected turnaround time is NOT a guarantee that the item will ship out faster. I often don't see the notes to seller notes until I begin to work on the item, so I may not see the note until it is too late to meet the deadline. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before completing your purchase.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you must email or message me within 2 hours of the order being placed, if I haven’t started your order already I will cancel the order and refund you. If I’ve already started your order I won’t be able to accept the cancellation. Cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.

These beautiful Montessori style wooden number trays are the perfect addition to any early years or home learning setting. The perfect way to learn numbers and counting while having fun. As they are made from high quality Birch Plywood they are made to last, making them a durable and sustainable purchase.

Use colourful balls, pompoms or your child's favourite toys to count to each number, put them in order or mix them up and you can incorporate adding by counting all the tile pieces together. Great introduction to numbers and beyond.

All the edges are rounded and sanded to ensure a smooth finish so suitable for young children, but as they are made from wood supervision is advised.

You can choose from numbers 1-5, 6-10 or 1-10.

Video shows my child counting with small balls but any objects can be used to count.

Laser cut to order high quality Birch Plywood which is fully sanded and edges rounded to make them safe for children to play with.

Painted versions are hand painted with toy safe paints so they are safe for children.

All products are made to order in my own home in the UK.

Items are made within 1-3 days (depending on the size, finish and when the order is placed) but if you have an urgent deadline please get in touch so we can work with you to get your item to you on time.

As this item is made from wood each piece will vary slightly with the grain of the wood and may contain small knots in the wood. Each item will be fully sanded and finished to the highest quality as shown in the pictures.

If purchased outside the UK any additional charges and taxes are not included and will need to be paid separately.
