The parcel has been returned to you (either the parcel was refused the parcel, the Royal Mail was unable to deliver it (e.g. incorrect address), or the parcel wasn't picked up from the Post Office - what happens next?

I will give you the option of either getting a refund of the sweets, or you may repay the postage costs and I will deliver 'fresh' sweets.

I have an issue with my order, what shall I do?

In the unfortunate event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged/incomplete, please take photographs of the damage/order (including the box) and do not throw away the sweets or box. Please then message me with the photographs (we require the photos to then open up a case with the postal service that we sent your order with). I can then work with you issue you a full refund or send you a replacement; whichever you prefer!

I think that my parcel is lost in the mail.

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full working days 10 days from the date of of expected delivery (Royal Mail policy). Once this date is passed we can either redeliver a new parcel, or process a refund.

Who do you use to ship your parcels?

I use the Royal Mail, second class postage.

The tracking number says that the parcel was delivered, but I don't have it.

We can work together to resolve this. Double check that the address is correct, talk to your neighbours to make sure it wasn't delivered there, talk to your post person to check that it was delivered. If it has gone missing/stolen, please file a prompt police report. Keep me in the loop during this process.

A halal mystery box arriving at your doorstep is one of the great experiences of life. What freeze dried, exploded, delicious sweets will be included just for you?

Your box will be around 10% cheaper than buying the candy separately, and often will include sweets that we are yet to list.

We have many halal sweets, but are you unsure which ones to try without clicking all the listings? Then this is the box for you.

Why not surprise yourself or maybe someone close to you (so you can try them as well!)

For small boxes you will get a minimum of 3 full sized bags; for medium 4 full sized bags and for large a minimum of 5 full sized bags.

Please note:
* If you order more than 1 box/additional bags in the same order then the sweets may all be packed together into a single box (less packaging to help protect the environment). If you require them to be packed separately, please let me know.
* If you have ordered before, please leave a note on your order if there are sweets what you want to avoid/for me to add and I will do my best to do so. Otherwise it is possible that you will get duplicates.
* Fruit and vegetables are not available as part of the mystery box.
* Box will be a plain brown box for postage.
