1. How do I download my files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available in your Etsy account. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files next to your order. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Please note that digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app, so you will need to log in from a mobile browser or computer.

2. I can't find my download. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder (and Social/Promotions tabs if you use Gmail). You can always access your files by going to: Etsy → Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files If the Download button is grey, it usually means your payment is still processing. Once the payment clears, the files will become available.

3. Is this a physical product or a digital download?

All products in this shop are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive instant access to printable files that you can download and print at home, at a print shop, or at school.
