When will I get my order?

It takes on average 3-10 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: • When shipped from the USA -> 5-10 business days • When shipped from China -> 10-20 business days International: 10-20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities in the USA and China.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please take a moment to check the following: ● Look over your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct. ● Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package. ● Check with your neighbors, in case the courier left the parcel with them. Pro tip: Package theft has become more common, so if you won’t be home for deliveries, it’s always safer to use an address where someone can receive the package for you. How do I track my order? Why isn’t there a tracking number on my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and the tracking number will also appear in your Etsy order details. We add tracking to every single order, without exception. If you don’t see tracking in your Etsy account, it usually means Etsy doesn’t recognize the carrier’s system. No worries, just send us a private message and we’ll provide your tracking number along with a direct link so you can follow your package easily. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re truly sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your item and include: • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product • Your order number • Any details that might help us understand the issue Once we have this information, we’ll review everything and get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

We’re happy to help if something isn’t right. Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases where an item arrives damaged or is incorrect. If your order arrives safely and matches the description, size chart etc., we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Because each item is made to order, we kindly ask customers to THOROUGHLY check the size chart before purchasing. If the wrong size is chosen, we can’t issue a refund.
