Can I see a mock-up before you make my custom bag?

We send a mock-up within 24 hours of order placement via Etsy messages! This way you can view what you ordered and make changes if needed. If after 24 hours of mock-up photo being sent, customer does not confirm back, bag is made as ordered.

Are the patches on my custom bag sewn on?

Yes! We know how frustrating it is when patches just fall off a bag! That is why we sew on all patches on all custom bag orders. This makes the bag last longer and prevents patches from falling off! We sew around the entire perimeter of each patch! Please see photo in listings to see an example of the inside of a bag that had patches sewn on! **The only exception are the backpacks- which only have patches sewn onto the top portion of bag. The lower part of backpack on the zipper pocket, will not have patches sewn on. Patches on this area will be adhered with glue and heat. They may lift due to wear and tear. They can be easily re-ironed on at home.
