🌼 countries outside the european union (🇺🇸 🇦🇺 🇬🇧 🇨🇦 ...)
⋆ after 1.1. 2026, the post office stopped offering the tracked shipping service for packages going outside the EU. right now, they only allow sending documents, which means jewelry can’t be shipped that way anymore — they would simply send it back.

⋆ because of this change, the most reasonable option is standard shipping without a tracking number. it’s much cheaper, and based on past experience, packages usually arrived without any major issues. if something does get lost with standard shipping, i will handle each case individually, so please be fair and don’t try to abuse this option.

⋆ for orders around 50 € and above, i would recommend considering the new tracked shipping option. it’s different from the previous one and unfortunately starts at 25 €+.

🌼 countries inside the european union (🇪🇺)
⋆ i decided to offer standard shipping for EU countries as well, since the cost is twice as cheap. if you prefer tracked shipping, no worries — you can still purchase it for the same price as before. just please make sure that while placing your order you choose the “delivery upgrade” option.
