The palatte was very helpful in visualizing the project, and the seller had good color suggestions.

The download was in a brand of paint I could not source. When I asked if I could simply exchange, I was told flat out NO. I paid for something that was completely useless to me. Not a good experience whatsoever. Amanda was not kind.

As noted on every listing, "PPG Paint can be found at multiple retailers....You can find the location nearest to you on their respective websites." Listings also note, "Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations." I responded to Elena's messages promptly and was not rude, so I don't feel that I was unkind. ColorLoveHome may be a little business, but it's still a business, and I won't be giving away products because listing descriptions are not read. Have questions about a product or description?
