You'll receive 72 adorable, tiny, pink ribbon roses, wrapped together in bunches of 12 roses each. These ribbon roses come on wire stems for easy manipulation and each bouquet can be can be taken apart so that you can use individual rose stems if you choose. These little roses are great for wedding favors and invitations, or on top of gift boxes, or as scrapbook embellishments. Each rose measures approximately .5 inch to .75 inch in diameter.

We must be notified of any damage within 3 days of receipt. ONCE A RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED, THE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY BLISSFUL SILKS WITHIN 7 DAYS. We do understand that International parcels may take longer to be returned via the mail, and we will make allowances for that. International customers who wish to return items must contact Blissful Silks within 3 days of receipt to authorize a return. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the purchase to the seller.

*A 10% restocking fee applies to ALL returns. This fee covers our costs for packing and shipping your order - such as packaging materials and time spent processing your order and delivering it to the postal service for mailing.

**Purchases that were shipped free under our free shipping guarantee (orders over $35.00 USD) will incur an additional 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU RETURN ITEMS THAT BRING YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER TOTAL BELOW THE $35 MINIMUM PURCHASE FOR FREE SHIPPING, A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for refund. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ITEMS RETURNED WHICH SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. Due to the nature of the items sold by Blissful Silks, the smell of cigarette smoke cannot be removed from the product and the returned items have to be discarded.

WE MAY NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR SHOP POLICIES. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if the returned items show signs of use. Shipping costs, packaging materials, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items returned without authorization must be in resellable condition, in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense. IF the items are accepted for return, a 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. A refund will only be issued after I've received the returned items. We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF PARCELS/RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED ON ORDERS PLACED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE WE RECEIVE THE UNAUTHORIZED RETURN. The parcel will be refused and returned, unopened, to you.
