This key ring is made of high quality full grain vegetable tanned leather, and sewn by hand in the purest respect of the craftsmanship of leather goods. With a length of 6 centimeters, it will accompany you in your daily life by bringing an elegant and discreet touch to your key ring.

My choice fell on full-grain leather from a family tannery located in Gijon, Spain. Their vegetable tanning method lasting up to thirty days ensures total respect for the leather and the environment as well as an irreproachable quality which will allow time to bring a magnificent patina to your property. The thickness of this leather of one and a half millimeters ensures it as much support as resistance, which will give your key ring a good longevity over time.

Hand sewing is the hallmark of noble leather goods. It takes time and stands out from the clinical and sanitized aspect of machine sewing by the soul it brings to the object and the value of the time spent by the craftsman. This is why I chose to assemble this card holder with the famous Fil Au Chinois, made in France since 1847. This linen thread is glazed, which means that it has passed through a bath containing, among other things, starch and beeswax, which makes it smooth and shiny and gives it a relative stiffness. Following the glaze bath, the glazed cable linen is brushed with horsehair, which gives it its beautiful final look.
