We will file a report to the post to find out the official status of the parcel and reason for delay. We encourage the client to file the report for a missing item to their local post as well to help speed up the process.

A refund can be processed or another parcel shipped only if the parcel is officially considered to be lost or returned to us. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping, only the cost of product if the parcel is lost or returned to us.

For sending our products we use the postal services of Belarus. We can give you a tracking number for your order within a week after sending. When the parcel arrives at your post office, you will be notified that it can be picked up. We are not responsible for the work of mail services.Please use the services to track parcels, and then you can find out that your parcel has come, even if the postman did not bring you a notice.
