RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR EUROPEAN UNION BUYERS
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Every jewelry piece is shipped securely from Granada, Spain, with protective packaging and a mandatory tracking number. I export my items directly from Spain and I do not collect or charge any domestic or local Spanish sales taxes for international shipments. For orders shipped to the United States, I use a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service, meaning that I cover and prepay the US customs import duties and tariff fees to ensure a smooth delivery without customs delays; however, any local state taxes or domestic taxes applied within the US remain the buyer's responsibility. For all other international destinations outside the European Union, buyers remain solely responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. I am not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs authorities.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR EUROPEAN UNION BUYERS

As a trade seller based in Spain (EU), I comply with the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights. Buyers residing in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from this contract and return their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal and Refund Rules: If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the initial delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive the returned goods back or evidence that the goods have been shipped back.

Return Shipping Costs and Tracking: The buyer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Due to the handmade nature of these wooden jewelry pieces, items must be returned in their original condition and securely packed to avoid damage during transit. In accordance with my shop policies, all returns must be shipped using a registered shipping method with a valid tracking number. If an item is returned without a tracking number and does not arrive at my studio, the item will be considered as not returned, and no refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The right of withdrawal strictly DOES NOT apply to the following items, as permitted under EU consumer protection regulations:

Earrings: For health protection and hygiene reasons, returns, exchanges, or cancellations of earrings are not accepted under any circumstances, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom and Personalized Orders: No returns or cancellations are accepted for any custom-made jewelry, bespoke pieces, or items created upon specific customer request. This exception applies to any piece where changes have been made to the original product description or listing, including but not limited to modified sizes, altered lengths, custom wood choices, personalized engravings, or structural modifications requested during the order.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All handmade jewelry pieces, designs, photographs, shop layouts, listings, and text contained within this shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Francesca Ori Storiale Saitta. They are protected by international copyright laws. The purchase of any item does not transfer copyright, reproduction, or commercial exploitation rights to the buyer. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying of designs, distribution, or commercial reuse of my work, images, or descriptions without my explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
