Production time varies depending on their workload and can take up to 7-10 business days. However, they have been known to ship sooner during lower workloads.

🔄 RETURN / REFUND POLICY
✅ Lost Items - If FedEx or USPS loses your order, or the tracking number ceases to update, the carrier requires a short timeline from the day of shipping before a “lost mail claim” can be filed. Once the “lost mail claim” has been honored by the carrier, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or a replacement.
✅ Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged:
**Our prints are insured by the carrier. For us to file a damage claim, you must provide the following:
🔴 You MUST report the damage to us within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions
🔴 Provide photos of:
1. The overall, entire print
2. Close-up of damage (more photos the better)
3. Damage to shipping box/tube (if any)
4. Shipping label on the box/tube

✅ If damage is visible upon delivery, refuse the package and notify us immediately.
✅ Based on the damage, we may provide a full refund, replacement, or partial refund if you choose to repair the item.
✅ We do NOT offer returns. Our prints are 100% made-to-order. We do not keep an inventory of prints, and our vendor does not offer returns. Once an order is completed by our vendor, returns are not accepted.
✅ Incorrect Shipping Address - If you provide an incorrect address, or if the carrier determines your shipping address is incorrect and/or undeliverable, and your order is returned to us, we will need to wait for the order to arrive at our facility before correcting the address and shipping it back to you. A new print will not be sent as a replacement while the original order is being returned.
✅ You will be provided with a link to purchase a new shipping label before the order is sent back to you. The charge will be determined by the size, weight, and new address of the package.
✅ Incorrect shipping addresses do not constitute a reason for a full refund. The order will be returned to you. Refusal to pay the additional shipping cost back may result in a partial refund, minus production costs, shipping labels, and a restocking fee of 10%.
