What if I need my order faster than your average turnaround?

My wonderful production partners and I always strive to provide the fastest turnaround time as possible, while still providing excellent quality for your order. With that said, if you need your item(s) produced and shipped faster than my standard turnaround times, send me message on Etsy with your desired turnaround time. I will let you know if that time frame is possible, and at what cost. Certain shop items can be produced faster (at a minimum $20 rush production fee), while others cannot. Expedited shipping costs will depend on the total weight of your order package, size of your package, distance it will be shipped, and shipping method selected.

What if I order stationery, pillows, totes, and mugs all within one order?

You are free to place one order with all of the items you would like to purchase! I will simply split your order into multiple packages, depending on what you order. I will then send separate shipping notification emails to you for each package shipped. Here is a breakdown of what will ship in each package: Mugs - all mugs ship on their own, as they are fragile and require extra care! Pillows & Tote Bags - pillows and tote bags ship in one package. Stationery Sets & Art Prints - all paper products ship in one package, since they need to be packaged flat in order for your gorgeous items not to be bent! SheLift Art Prints - all SheLift art prints will ship in one package, aside from all other stationery items or shop products, as my wonde

PRODUCT DETAILS

Your art print will be printed on beautiful fine art quality archival cotton paper with a giclee large scale professional printer and hand-cut in my Knoxville, Tennessee studio. Each art print will be hand signed by me for an extra special touch!

5”x7” 8”x10” and 11”x14” art prints will be packaged in a clear sleeve & stayflat mailer. Frame is not included.

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME

Your beautiful art prints are printed to order in-house just for you! Therefore, please allow 3-7 business days after your order is placed before your art print(s) ship from my studio.

All orders are shipped with USPS, which on average takes 1-5 business days to arrive from my studio to your home, depending on the distance traveled.

Please note that while I wish I could simply bring you your package over a cup of chai, the package is in the hands of the USPS ladies and gents after I ship it from my studio. SJM is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or undeliverable packages once the package leaves the SJM Studio. Of course, I will do my best with what I can to help you if there are any problems with shipping!
