CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All items are printed to order. SIZE: Please make sure to choose your size carefully or message us with any questions. Please read item descriptions for sizing recommendations before ordering. PERSONALIZED YEAR or NAME: Please double check before placing an order, the item will be printed based on the personalization you send over. An item cannot be returned or exchanged, because it is a personalized item. We ONLY offer a replacement if the item comes defective or if there is an error from our end. If you've received an item other than what you've ordered, or if it arrives damaged, it will be replaced or refunded. Just send a message with a photo within 30 days of product delivery.

WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE BY A SPECIFIC DATE?

We have no control over the accuracy of arrival time once the item has shipped, but you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number so you can know exactly when the package arrives. While rare, occasionally packages will become stuck in transit and tracking may not update. Please, do not hesitate to send us a message if you are having an issue with delivery. Also, contact the mail provider (UPS, USPS, or DHL) directly to locate your package with the tracking number.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY ONE WAS DELIVERED

Depending on current stock, items may be sent separately. Sometimes only one of the tracking numbers is put in the order.

GIFT WRAPPING AND MESSAGE

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer personalized gift wrapping or add a gift message to the order.

If a non-delivered item was shipped and has a tracking number, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/ INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

If the package is returned back to our production partner due to an incorrect address/ insufficient address, there will be a shipping fee to re-ship the package. Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. If you need to change your address after your order is placed, please contact us asap before the item is sent to production. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect addresses given by the buyer.

Shipping times are ESTIMATES given by the postal carriers and are NOT guaranteed. - Standard Shipping (3-10 business days after production time) and 3-5 weeks with International Shipping. * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. This time frame varies during the holiday season, or if the package is held up by custom. Although we will help you track your item or follow up on a delayed or lost package, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. Please order accordingly.
