Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

- Ordering more than one item? Please be aware that your items may ship separately. Offering a unique variety of items means working with a variety of expert suppliers. In order to ship your order as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately from other items in your order.
- Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If your order is returned to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for reshipping to the correct address.
