HELP/TECHNICAL ISSUES

The SVG file will often appear as a Chrome/html document, depending on which browser you use. After downloading simply right click the SVG and select the program you want to open it with.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for physical goods (except those listed below), please contact me within 14 days of delivery and you must return the item/s within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations for digital items but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. I don't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
