How can I get my patch faster?

At checkout, please select the drop down down menu to change your shipping from the "free standard shipping" which is the slowest method and provides unreliable tracking at best to "priority mail shipping." "First Class with more Reliable Tracking" is also a better option, but USPS has still been slowing down many First Class packages and also having more tracking issues.

Can you make a custom sized redwood bowl or box?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizes of our unique one of a kind items like boxes, clocks, bowls, etc.

Can you do a personalized engraving on a domino hub or on one or your boxes?

We get asked regularly if we can custom engrave a unique one of a kind box that is already listed, and unfortunately, we cannot. "Finished boxes" or "Finished Domino Hubs" can't be custom engraved due to how strong our finish is. (It would destroy/ruin the box or Hub.)

My Item Shows Delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Look around the delivery location for your package. Check with your neighbors and see if maybe it was mistakenly delivered to one of them. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox and anywhere else you might receive mail or packages. Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If you haven't received your package, contact us within 21 days of expected delivery and we'll do everything we can to help.

I'd like to buy more wood ornaments, keychains, earrings, etc. than you have in stock. Is that possible?
