Shipping information:
- Processing time is generally 1-5 business days.
- All shipping times are approximate, and start on the day that the package has been shipped.

- Once the package is with the shipping carrier, we do not control shipping times and are not responsible for delays. Delays often occur and are to be expected around Holidays or other busy periods.

As the standard shipping method that we use is untracked letter mail in Canada, we do not have control over the package once it is with Canada Post. In busy shipping periods, your order will most likely take longer to reach you than usual. However, please contact us after 3 weeks following the date that your order was shipped if you have not received it yet, and we will find a solution together.

After you have made sure that the item was not delivered by asking people who live with you if they got the package & by checking the address that you provided us for shipping, you can contact us.

Although we are NOT responsible for lost/undelivered packages, we will always help out the best we can and offer a solution if the Postal services confirm that the item was not delivered.

Your order will be wrapped in a jewelry bag, ready to offer as a gift or to enjoy for yourself. When you purchase more than one item from our store in the same order, in order to reduce waste, we will put all the pieces in the same bag (a larger one than usual). If you would like your order to be wrapped in separate bags, please leave a note at checkout and we will be happy to wrap all items separately.

Yes, some customizations are possible such as switching the chain or the pendant for a different one that we have in our shop. You could also ask for a specific chain length that is not usually offered as an option. It is also possible to change the clasp for a toggle or a carabiner, or have no clasp at all if the chain is long enough for this option. Contact us with your ideas to know if we can make it and we will be happy to do it when possible!

Please note that extra costs may occur when there is a difference in value. For completely custom jewelry, please message us with your ideas and we will let you know if that is something we can do!

No. Unfortunately, we do not have the tools to engrave and therefore cannot engrave on our pendants.

An extension (or extender) is used to make the length of the necklace or bracelet adjustable. Is it attached at the end of the chain and is in the form of a thin chain with larger hoops to attach the clasp. Extensions are usually approximately 2 inches, but you can leave a note at checkout to ask us for a specific extension size and we will be happy to do it.

Some of our items come with an extension by default, some with no extension by default, and others have the option to add one. Please read the description of the item that you are interested in to find this information, or leave a note at checkout stating your preference regarding having an extension or not on the chain.

Unfortunately, we do not have any boxes, but we always package the pieces in a nice jewelry bag which is ready to gift.

We do accept returns on unworn items. As stated in our store policies, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We advise you to keep every piece of the original packaging to simplify the return. Only the price of the item will be refunded, which means that any fee paid for shipping, if applicable, will not be refunded (for example, shipping upgrades). Customers must contact us within 14 days after the delivery to start a return, and all returns must follow our return instructions that will be sent via messages.

As for exchanges, it is best to send the item back to us as a return and re-purchase the desired item as a separate transaction.
