Vintage items (20 years plus) have been previously loved. Signs of wear are very common. Handmade items are created by hand with each one being unique. They may have some imperfections and each item slightly varies. All items are carefully inspected & described in great detail to ensure you make the best possible choice while shopping. For this reason we do not offer returns or exchanges. My goal is that you love the item that you purchase from Artsy Birdie Design. If you are truly unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days from Monday to Friday. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays. Artsy Birdie uses the United States Postal Service for all orders. Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. The price includes tracking as well as delivery confirmation for the order. Do not hesitate to contact me, if you need an item by a specific date. I am happy and willing to accommodate any request if possible.

Colors & Digital Printing

Everyone's vision of color will differ slightly and can occur in your computer's monitor, in the photographic process or from the screen to the printer's calibration. I will do my best to describe the actual color in great detail. If you have any questions about the color of an item please message me before purchasing as I am happy to help any way I can. On digital prints: The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used. All digital art is for personal use only; sharing and commercial use is not permitted. Please, with a cherry on top.

Custom and personalized orders

If you are truly unhappy with the artwork purchased for any reason; please send a message within 24 hours of downloading your print. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
