Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to Canada, U.S.A and most international countries. If you do not see a shipping price for your location, please send us a message and we will confirm if we can ship to your country and provide you with the shipping cost.

Will my order come with a tracking number?

Yes. For our mutual protection, we only ship with tracking. We will update you with your tracking number as soon as we receive it.

Are the items cleaned prior to shipping?

Yes! We are known for our high standards of quality and fresh smelling vintage. All items are throughly cleaned to the best of our ability and special care items are professionally dry-cleaned so that items are ready to wear on arrival. We avoid any vintage with strong odours or obvious flaws. We only select items we would want to receive and wear ourselves. As with some vintage items, particularly leathers & suedes, there may be a slight "vintage" scent remaining on items after cleaning due to their age. Any further cleaning of vintage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that our shop is a 100% smoke-free environment.

How long will shipping take?

We ship quickly! We ship items out within 1-2 business days. For CANADIAN 🇨🇦 orders, shipping takes approximately 2-8 business days from our ship-out date. The closer you are to us, the faster the shipping! For U.S 🇺🇸 orders, shipping takes approximately 5-13 business days from our ship-out date. This excludes any customs holds that may or may not occur during transit. Please note that custom holds are out of our control. For INTERNATIONAL 🌍 orders, shipping take approximately 6-12 business days from our ship-out date. This excludes any customs holds that may or may not occur during transit. Please note that custom holds are out of our control.

Can you rush my order? I need it by a certain date.

Yes, we can definitely rush your order. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm that your requested delivery date is possible. We will provide you with shipping upgrades to choose from and adjust your shipping price accordingly.

Does shipping include insurance? What is your shipping policy?

To keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, insurance is not automatically included. Insurance is an optional add-on, and customers may choose whether or not to add it, as well as the amount of coverage desired. Once a package is in the care of the postal service, it is out of our control, and the shop is not responsible for lost packages. If you would like to add insurance, please let us know before purchasing, and we will update the shipping cost accordingly.

Do you accept returns?

We measure our items very carefully and include all measurements in the listing description. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item at home to ensure a good fit and avoid any disappointment. We do provide an estimated size, but as standardized sizing can vary please keep in mind that this is just an estimate. The best way to determine if an item will fit is to refer to the measurements provided. If you have any questions or require any additional measurements, please send us a message, we are happy to help you.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on vintage items?

No, we do not offer warranties or guarantees on vintage footwear, clothing, or accessories once they have left our shop. Due to their age, normal wear and deterioration may occur over time. Any repairs, alterations, maintenance, or additional cleaning needed after purchase are the responsibility of the buyer. We do, however, make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item’s condition. As sellers of vintage goods, we are not the original manufacturers and therefore cannot provide manufacturer warranties or guarantees.

What is your Shipping & Delivery policy?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to change the address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or vacant address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any other delivery issue, we are not responsible for return shipping fees, duties, taxes, or the cost of reshipping the order. Orders returned to us due to delivery issues are not eligible for cancellation or refund. If there is a problem with delivery, please contact your local post office or carrier as soon as possible to help prevent the parcel from being returned to sender.

Do you still ship to the 🇺🇸 U.S., and are you shipping via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)? Do you also ship to Germany? 🇩🇪

🇺🇸 US: Yes! As of 08/29/25, we continue to ship to the U.S.A. daily, and our carrier is accepting our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) parcels without interruption. 🇩🇪 Germany: Yes. We are registered with LUCID and fully compliant with German packaging requirements.
