● How can I get my files?

All of the items in my shop are Instant Digital Downloads. This means that the second you have completed the payment, you will be able to download and use the files immediately!
All items in my store are available for instant digital download. This means that as soon as you make a payment, you can immediately download and use the files!

● I bought an image but it is not appearing. When I go to download there's no color. I can't see anything.

This applies to designs with a white background.
Please note that the templates are white. Accordingly, if you open them in a program with a white background, you may not see anything. To make them visible, you need to change the background color of the program or place a layer of a different color below the template.

● How do I insert my photos into the template?

To insert your image in the template you will need any graphic editor (or online image editing service) that supports working with layers. Open the template in the program, place your photo file on a layer lower than the template, and crop the photo if necessary.

Pay attention to the fact that the edges of the "frame" for the photo are more expressive (this applies to designs with a white background), and use a photo with a dark background. Do not use a photo with a white or very light background!

Also, I can insert your photos for you. To do this, you need to send me your photos and I will send you the finished file as soon as possible.
