DESIGN PROCESS...

This is designed by me Sonny. I wanted to design this to offer something contemporary; Combining classic 80s jewellery with dark vintage colours with a modern colourful twist. Simplicity goes along way with rings and when I drew this I wanted to ensure it would be a small fitting ring for two purposes. Firstly, I wanted a ring which is lightweight and wouldn't be a nuisance throughout the day. It needed to be able to withstand the challenges of everyday so if our customers are at work using a keyboard, working outside in the heat or wearing it to sleep. The ring needs to be able to lightweight and durable. :)

We also designed it to be small and versatile. Perfect for men and woman and easy to add any gemstone. The lapis lazuli was selected because it offers deep blues and a mixture of colours which cannot be found in other gems. I use a production assistant, Lindsey who I have worked with for 5 years. We are both on the same page and are focused on sustainability and unique designs. Whilst we use a production assistant, all of our designs are based on our drawings and designs which we have built with our own ideas.

We will be offering engraving on this ring in June of this year!
