How do I download my digital file?

Your digital files will be automatically available to download after your purchase. 👉 Go to your Etsy Profile > click "Purchases" section > click "Download" button You will have to log into your Etsy account using the browser(e.g. google chrome, safari, etc.) or a desktop/laptop computer. The "Etsy APP" does not have a download option. We recommend you downloading your files from a computer and not a phone or tablet. Phones and tablets can reduce the quality of JPEGs. ✦ CHECK OUT AS A GUEST You will receive an e-mail with a download link. Please check your Spam folder as well. Can the size of a printable download be changed?

Yes, we can resize your print to a smaller or larger size (one size only, with exceptions). Once resized, the file will be sent to your email within 24-48 hours after payment.

Where can I print my digital printables?

You have several options: 1. Local Print Shops: Office Max, Costco, Walmart, etc. 2. Online Printing Services: Upload your file to services like Nations Photo Lab, Staples, Walgreens, Mpix, Shutterfly, Snapfish, The Print Space(UK) , Officeworks (AU), or Costco, and have it delivered to your door. 3. At Home: If you prefer, you can print the JPG files at home.

I want to print in 8x10" and 5x7" sizes, but there are multiple files. Which ones should I use?

- To print in 8x10", please use the 16x20" file since it shares the same 4:5 aspect ratio. - To print in 5x7", please use the A3 | A2 | A1 | 50 x 70cm file. - To print in 4x6", please use the 12x18" | 16x24" | 20x30" | 24x36" file (2:3 aspect ratio).

What sizes can I print my artwork in?

Each of our artwork listings includes 3-5 different files, designed in various aspect ratios to accommodate multiple sizes. You can print as small as 4x5" up to 24x36" (exceptions may apply). Please refer to the size options listed in the product description.

I prefer not to print it myself. Can you print and ship for me?

LOVE this sign! I found a beautiful frame for it. Unfortunately the frame was too tall for the area (vertical) I wanted to be it in, so my husband adjusted the flower and made it horizontal. Now it looks perfect since I needed a horizontal frame that was more narrow. I'll find another place to hang the vertical frame or gift it to someone. It's very beautiful!
