Nobody likes to wait long for the shipment- that's why I ship my products only by priority courier services. The processing time for wallpapers is 2-3 business days and shipping takes: 3-5business days- United States, Canada. 3-5 business days- Europe, 2-4 business days- Australia.

Preparing wall instructions: The wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean and free of dust. Manufacturer recommend to install the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting. I also do not recommend applying the wallpaper on walls painted with latex paint. My "peel and stick" material can be hanged and reaplied multiple times. Please make sure your wall is prepared correctly as the self-adhesive wallpaper may rip old or badly prepared coatings during re-application.

After reciving the product, make sure that the material is free from defects. Do make sure that it is free of any flaws and that all elements fit each other and sizes are as ordered. After installation, I am unable to deal with any complaints.

Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order and please provide your phone number in the order note. The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to Poland. As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer].

Does the paint type make a difference?

Yes! There are some new fancy schmancy paints out on the market that claim they are dirt resistant or stain resistant…fantastic if you have little sticky fingers living with you, but not so much for wall decals…these paints contain silicone and nothing will stick to it. If you have this kind of paint, consider applying your decal to a painted board or canvas, creating a great wall hanging instead…added bonus, you can move it. Some VOC free paints have also been known to cause adhesive failure in wall decals, but this seems to be hit and miss. If you are unsure of your type of paint, contact us for a test decal to try before you buy. We cannot give refunds due to incompatible paint or surface issues.

Are Wall Decals removable ?

Yes, but because the wall decals are super thin to get that paint like effect, you will not be able to reapply them to another wall. (with the exception of printed fabric decals which are re-usable)

Will the wall decals damage my paint?

The adhesive used for these decals is specially formulated to be removed from paint without damage or leaving a residue. However, we cannot anticipate every situation. For best results, do not apply on old peeling paint, lead paint or any area where there may be moisture, mould or damage under the paint. Paint must be allowed to fully dry and cure for at least 3 weeks before applying a decal. Paint takes several weeks to fully harden…during this curing time, invisible gasses and moisture are released from the paint. If decals are applied too soon after new painting, this moisture will become trapped behind the decal. The decal adhesive could fail and also possibly damage to the paint causing it to peel or become discoloured.

Wall preparation:
Before application, make sure that your wall is prepared well - the surface must be clean and completely dried. Remember to wait 3 weeks after painting the wall!
Peel&Stick doesn't work on the wall painted with latex paint! However, if you already have your wall painted with latex paint, you can garnish it with sandpaper - it would make the wallpaper stick to the wall. There is also a possibility to order the wallpaper on a traditional paper material; it's not self-adhesive nor removable.
