Custom orders are welcome, we'll be happy to create something special for you if this will meet our possibilities and style. We do not make copies of other creators works.
We can personalize almost any order with custom engraving and gold color inlay. Please contact us with your ideas and we'll do our best.
We do not offer returns and exchanges for custom and personalized orders.

Please make sure you check maximum ring dimensions that every box can hold. If larger box is needed - just contact us and we'll create custom box that will fit your ring perfectly.

Wood boxes and card holders are treated with oil and wax for protection, but they shouldn't be left in very humid conditions to avoid damages. Wood is natural material and reacts to humidity of environment so can shrink - expand a little.

Every item comes nicely packed and ready to give as a gift.
Ring boxes, vases, business card holders are packed in black or brown carton boxes with tissue paper inside.

Rushed orders are possible but please contact us before. We can create the box faster when there is a rush and you can receive it in a few days with DHL Express shipping depending on location.

Express shipping with DHL in 1-4 business days is possible choosing shipping upgrade when completing the order.

DHL Express to remote locations (islands and others) can cost more (~ +25 Eur). We’ll contact you before shipping if your address will be treated as remote location.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
