Will my purchase be shipped?

All the products sold on my shop are downloadable, digital items. This means that you will receive instant access to all digital files and no physical products are shipped. Simply click on the download link sent to you via email after your purchase to gain access to your item.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of my products, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you ever need help with one of my products, please contact me at: thissnazzylife@gmail.com

How do I download my purchases?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a download link. Simply click on the link to download the files directly to your device. You can then save and print them as needed. Etsy will email you a download link where you’ll be able to securely access your purchases. Please note: the Etsy app does not support digital downloads.
