We need time to be sure things are done right before they leave our studio. Orders of smaller quantities will take approximately 2-3 days to complete depending on the current volume of orders that need to be processed. Orders exceeding quantity 10 will take a bit longer, and all these customers will be notified of any delays via Etsy conversation. Processing times are not to be confused with shipping times, which are covered in the section below.

| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges on hand-stamped items.

If you purchased a non-personalized item, you may return it to our studio within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. Item must be in its original condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees and any depreciation in value (assessed by MNML team members). There is a 15% restocking fee per item. If you would like more information on returns or would like to exchange an item, please contact us for further details or assistance.
