Shipping/Tracking/ Delivery

Once item has been shipped with a tracking number, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office for further assistance. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy". Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense once the package is marked " delivered" Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.

Shipping/Tracking/ Delivery Cont.

For a fee, USPS Package Intercept® lets the sender or recipient stop delivery or redirect a package, letter, or flat that is not out for delivery or already delivered. Most domestic mailings with a tracking or extra services barcode are eligible for Package Intercept. You can only request a Package Intercept online. What if the shipping address listed on my order is incorrect?

If you place an order with an incorrect shipping address, you can message me to correct it, only if the order has not already been shipped. If an order has already been shipped and does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order, unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund as it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

What if my order gets lost in the mail or does not arrive?

If the shipping address on the order is correct and it has been shipped to the provided shipping address, message me to let me know. You can also contact USPS and file a dispute. Once your tracking says delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If I confirm your shipping address with you and I have shipped you a replacement item and it still does not arrive, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

What if my order is returned to sender?

If I receive your order back as 'Return to Sender' and I have received the item(s) back, I will contact you to re-send your order, or issue a refund for the price of the item only. If it is a custom order, I can re-ship it, but custom orders are not eligible for refunds. If your order has been returned to sender and I confirm a shipping address with you and re-ship it and it still does not arrive, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. For all other orders, if you would like your item re-shipped after it has been RTS, you will need to pay for the shipping to re-send it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each listing has an announced processing time, please take these into consideration when placing your order. I cannot guarantee an order will arrive by a requested date. My processing times are the time it takes me to hand make, package, and ship your order with care and attention to detail. Orders are made and shipped in the order they are placed in. Processing time does NOT include the time it will take for USPS to deliver the item(s) after they have been picked up by the carrier. Thank you so much for your patience!

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

Since each item is custom made, I am NOT able to accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. I apologize for any inconvenience. ** However, if an item arrives damaged upon arrival, customers have 24hrs to notify me. After 24hrs, I will NOT accept any replacements or refunds.
