We think it's the absolute perfect blend of sweet, dark, and salt.

Hand dipped in certified organic, fair trade 70% chocolate, our small batch browned butter caramels are hand made with organic cane sugar, Vermont cream and salted butter, water, and organic tapioca syrup. Available in 4 piece and 9 piece boxes, they are finished with a sprinkle of artisan Alaska Pure Sea Salt from Sitka, Alaska, creating a confection of smooth, toasted, buttery richness, with a touch of salt.

Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic, fair trade 70% chocolate, (organic, fair trade: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), Vermont heavy cream, Vermont salted butter, organic tapioca syrup, Alaska Pure sea salt.

Allergen Information: Although we are careful about cross-contamination, we can't guarantee its absence. Our products are made in a facility that also processes tree nuts & dairy.

They keep well for 6 months from production (see "best by" date on product). But we promise: they'll never last that long. Keep away from heat sources. Refrigerate only if ambient temperature is above 70 degrees.
