You can purchase as many items as you'd like from a _release,_ I use the "first come, first serve" rule.

I only limit custom orders to one per person to ensure that everyone can get something specially custom made for themselves or a loved one!

Sizing is always included in the description of the collar you're interested in purchasing.

Please note your neck size when discussing a custom and ensure you've read the entire description before purchasing a premade collar. If you fail to measure your neck correctly I'm not at fault and will not exchange/refund you for your order.

My packaging is completely discreet. The return to sender name is filled out as "MKC". I use standardized USPS shipping labels for all orders and I do not advertise my business on the outside of the packaging.

I do not remake collars, and that includes premade pieces.

I don't recreate customs out of respect of who originally created the design.

I personally enjoy making one-of-a-kind pieces and not recreating them. It challenges me artistically to constantly come up with new and exciting designs for my customers and supporters.

I will use previous collar designs as reference for your possible custom though (please do not use others customs as reference!) But try to be unique and not ask for a collar to be completely recreated.

Returns:
I do not accept returns of any form due to the nature of the majority of my products. I try to include multiple clear photos of all of my products and disclose in the description that these are hand made items and may include minor flaws. Details of the product will always be written out including sizing information and color.
Please reach out if you're uncertain about a detail or would like to receive more photos of an item for confirmed clarity.

Exchanges:
In most cases, exchanges are not accepted especially if the product was premade (ready to ship). Exchanges will be made if your custom or made-to-order item wasn't created correctly (error on my end, due to sizing or other). Always reach out if you have a concern and I'd be more than happy to help resolve the issue.

I do not accept order cancellations in most cases. I ask all buyers to be sure of their purchase before checkout.
