The order download will be sent directly to the email address that is associated with your Etsy account. You will also find it on your order details page (My account), immediately after completed payment.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Digital Downloads:

Refunds on digital downloads are not accepted. Once the files have been downloaded it is impossible to return them, and I am unable to give a refund. However, if you experience any problems, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Please note, there are a huge range of computers, operating systems, printers, software and apps. Please ensure you have knowledge of how to use your computer software before purchasing the digital files.

We do offer a recolour service at a very reasonable fee, please just message if you wish to recolour or customize any of my designs.
